DockTower is a cloud based website that gives carriers and shippers the ability to easily manage and automate appointment times. Additionally, DockTower gives shippers the ability to assign those appointments to docks. DockTower becomes the source of truth for appointment times, eliminating time consuming emails and phone calls. DockTower also incorporates check calls and GPS data in order to automatically know which appointments will be late. The goal of DockTower is to make docks so efficient that detention payment is a thing of the past.
