Our technologies enable reproducibility and proof of ownership, facilitating scale in synthetic biology. To tie the VCS to the engineered asset we must mark the genome of the biological asset itself. To do so we have developed DNA barcodes to an unprecedented level of sophistication: creating biosecurity tools with varying levels of confidentiality and indelibility.
