We believe that the idea of ‘Just. Keep. Moving’ can not only help anyone overcome any struggle, but the validation of that mindset achieved through community, will help save at least one life from suicide. We run every week from under the Arc de Resilience, just outside The Dock on the Kingston Foreshore at: 6:15am on Monday’s 6:00pm on Wednesday’s followed by a beer 6:15am on Friday’s followed by a coffee EVERYONE, and ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome, including kids, dogs, whoever! Just. Keep. Moving.
