Academy Improvement - To establish a self-sustaining, system-led, collaborative approach to improvement that enables rapid improvement where required. Leadership and Governance - To ensure high quality leadership and governance at Trust Board, Local Governing Body and individual academy level. Business Support Services - To ensure that the Trust has business support arrangements which are efficient and deliver value for money across all its operations.
