Artisanal Leadership LLC is a boutique consulting effort focused on engaging and activating organizations by crafting meaningful connections within the organization. Connection between purpose and activity; between leaders and their teams; and between individuals and the organizational identity. We work with leaders to assess and then shape operating environments in order to transform the organization, leveraging interconnection engage teams and activate the strategy. Several beliefs guide our approach: Internal connection is a significant factor differentiating highly effective organizations. It is what drives engagement and activation.
