I over see the course offerings for the humanities and social sciences which prepare first year college students for transfer to a four year school. I work with department chairs and other administrators and staff to produce our quarterly schedules and annual offerings calendar. Each quarter I evaluate and do performance reviews on 30 of my approximatly 110 full and part-time faculty. We serve between 10,500 and 12,000 students each year with the planning and teaching that takes place.
