We are the only Latino-focused nonprofit in the Sacramento-Placer region with a team of employee Promotores whose role is to conduct home visits to assess needs and connect Latinos to a multitude of Health, Education and Youth Development services. Due to the hard work of our Promotores, hundreds of Latino families in the region are now linked to existing resources and have also learned how to navigate the systems. We serve our community while teaching agencies cultural competence and advocating for and influencing system change.
