Eleven Consultants are an independent construction consultancy providing professional services for construction projects. We believe we add value to projects by applying our experience and knowledge in delivery of schemes from concept to delivery. OUR SERVICES: Planning: Through our partner company Studio 11 Architecture we provide planning advice on development potential as well as the submission of full planning application packages. SAP & Domestic EPC: All new build residential dwellings are required to have both a SAP calculation and EPC at completion. Eleven consultants work with clients to ensure a cost effective build solution, producing both 'Design' and 'As Built' SAP calculations together with the associated Energy Performance Certificate. SBEM & Commercial EPC: All new build commercial buildings are required to have both an SBEM calculation and EPC at completion. Eleven consultants work with clients to ensure a cost effective build solution, producing both 'Design' and 'As Built' SBEM calculations together with the associated Energy Performance Certificate. Water Calculation: All new dwellings constructed within the UK are required to achieve a projected water consumption rate of no more than 125 litres per person, per day, in accordance with Approved Document G of the Building Regulations. Eleven Consultants can provide you with calculations to demonstrate compliance as well as offering advice to ensure each dwelling achieves the appropriate consumption. Project Co-ordination & Management: Our core business is Project Co-ordination and as such we work closely with clients on projects from inception through to completion on site. We are able to advise on development matters, together with advising on the formation and co-ordination of project teams. Principal Designer Role: Eleven Consultants are able to provide compliance with the construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 through the Principal Designer Role.
