Mottus
www.mottus.esOur work areas are PLC Programming, Traditional Robotics, Collaborative Robotics, CAD/CAM Programming and Machine Vision. MOTTUS is made up of a team of professionals from different fields of industrial automation. Our scope of work is very broad, being specialists in research and development of industrial robotics applications. AUTOMATION We program all types of PLCs for the control of industrial processes, highlighting our knowledge of Siemens, Omron and Rockwell brands. TRADITIONAL ROBOTICS Traditional robotics offers very varied and robust solutions to common industrial problems. The great advances in simulators allow us to programme complex solutions in a simple way, as well as to optimise cycle times, without the need to hinder production. We have extensive experience in the ABB, KUKA and FANUC brands. COLLABORATIVE ROBOTICS Collaborative robots, also called Cobots, are the ideal choice for solutions that have space restrictions, need to perform the task in different parts of the factory, or where human interaction with the robot is essential. Our expertise in this field is concentrated on the brands ABB, KUKA, Omron and Universal Robots. CAD/CAM PROGRAMMING CAD/CAM programming is an essential tool when dealing with applications where the robot has to perform trajectories with a high level of difficulty and precision. We have extensive experience in MasterCAM and RobotMaster. ARTIFICIAL VISION Artificial vision plays a very important role in robotics. Thanks to this symbiosis between both worlds we are able to create many innovative and agile solutions. The experience we bring in this field ranges from standard solutions, provided by brands such as Keyence, ABB and Omron, to fully customised solutions carried out in high-level language. R&D We are committed to constant innovation and the development of new applications and technologies that adapt to the production processes of our customers.
