Welcome to ST.ART, a platform for all things creative in St Andrews, Scotland. As the only independent, student-run arts & literary journal in town, we work hard to ensure that we continue to be the leading art society in our town by hosting exhibitions and events, publishing two print publications a year, and publishing content daily in nine different creative specialities. We have a continually expanding team of artists and bloggers who contribute to our website and a loyal following of art lovers who we collectively refer to as ‘the creative’. Our role is to facilitate the interaction between the two by encouraging submissions and constantly looking to promote the most intriguing and innovative things that are happening in the art world. We have equal respect for both the creator and admirer of art. Our bi-annual magazine is a recognition of the talent that we unearth each year, largely committed to promoting student artists and writers. We dedicate ourselves to creating a modern and dynamic aesthetic with equally engaging content in our online and print publications. Our vision is to provide various avenues for people to express themselves creatively and appreciate the art around them in new way.
