We Aspire to increase the level of technical competence amongst kids in Detroit, and give them the tools they need to succeed in tech careers. Through mentoring and training, we aim to equip students with the skills they need to successfully navigate careers in tech, directly from high school; whether that means pursuing degrees at the college/ university level, landing a job in tech, or becoming entrepreneurs. We are a community who believes in lifting as we climb. We combine our various skill-sets and industry experience to provide guidance and serve as examples to the youth. We are eternal seekers of knowledge, and work to instill this quality into our mentees.
