Accredited by the Diocese of Nashville, the State of Tennessee, and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools, Christ the King provides an educational experience that incorporates character formation in a Christian atmosphere, academic excellence and community service. A strong academic curriculum integrates the arts, foreign language, technology, music, band, chorus and physical education along with Accelerated Reader, Accelerated Math and National Catholic Math League. In addition, forensics, chess club, a parochial athletic program, art and theatre enrichment, private guitar and piano lessons are available. Christ the King School is a pre-kindergarten through 8th grade, Roman Catholic elementary school, established in 1937. CKS welcomes children and families of all faith traditions.
