Brand Story We created the oils to improve scalp health, creating the perfect environment for long, strong hair. For thousands of years, Indian women have kept their tresses lovely with sumptuous seal scalp oils. Oils promote thick, lustrous, healthy hair. Rubbing warm oil into the sensitive and receptive scalp area is a deliciously calming experience. We wanted to take this Ayurvedic practice and combine it with British styling sensibilities. To make something which is effective both short term and long term as well as looking great on a bathroom shelf. We have created our blends for common hair concerns and to promote hair oiling as a true remedy for hair issues. We wanted to keep it natural and stay away from chemicals, parabens, sulphates and any other nasty ingredients which ultimately won't help hair long term. What we've created are hair oil blends not only suited to all hair types, including afro hair but also haircare which can be used long term without negative side-affects. Hair oils which are currently on the market are used mainly as serum replacements, they still contain silicones and chemicals and are not truly pure oils, these are used as quick fixes. We made sure our Grapefruit blend was light enough to use as a quick fix but the oils are pure enough to use as a deep conditioner to help remedy real hair issues.
