Headquartered in Greenville, SC, the Institute for Child Success (ICS) is a private, nonpartisan research and applied policy organization. ICS was created to transform the situation for children in our community, throughout South Carolina, and across the nation and to shape the dialogue regarding how we should secure the future for our community’s youngest children. ICS is an incubator of new knowledge, a trusted advisor to governments, foundations, and nonprofits hungry to improve outcomes for the children they serve.
