We do this through consultancy, training and individual coaching. Using the 7S model, we make two things clear: the strengths and weaknesses. Using Personalcolor ©, a 360 degree feedback tool, we do the same but at the level of the individual employee. The training we deliver focusses on the development of people, the team and the organization. The courses are characterized by an effective combination of theory (20%), skill (40%) and attitude / mindset (40%). Before training, a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) will be done. This is a questionnaire that clarifies what the goals are and what behavior should change to become more successful. Training is given on-site or off-site, depending on the wishes of the customer. The trainings can be delivered in four languages: Dutch, English, German and French. In addition to training, we provide GROW coaching to help employees in a 1op1 setting to take the next step. Why do we do this? By paying attention, people develop. Helping to develop is our passion. We do this by using 3 strenghts: enthusiasm, preparation and adaptability.
