The Virginia Tech Foundation, Inc. (VTF) oversees Virginia Tech's endowment, real estate portfolio and Corporate Research Center. VTF was established in 1948 to accept, manage and disburse private gifts received to support the University's mission-based initiatives. VTF guides the University into investment opportunities, markets and partnerships, focusing VTF on real-time performance and abiding constancy to the values and principles of the University. VTF is a resource to all stakeholders in the success of Virginia Tech, helping them to enact the University's guiding motto, Ut Prosim (That I May Serve).
