Dholera Smart City Phase 1 is the first project that Smart Group will launch in India’s First Smart City. Dholera is fast upcoming Smart city of India and has various developments taking place. FORBES has listed Dholera as top 12 fastest growing cities in world by 2020 & one and only one city of India so far. "DHOLERA SIR” will be developed as Global Manufacturing Hub, that means "The engine for economic resurgence of the country". This will be supported by world class infrastructure. Lot of investment is being done by the government for development of India’s first smart city. More than 10,000 Crores have been sanctioned for Dholera by the government so far. Dholera Smart City (DSC) plans to develop Residential Townships, Residential Plots, Vilas, Bungalows and Smart value apartments in various phases all over Dholera in more than 500 acres of land. DSC plans to develop more than 10,000 Smart Residential Plots in a period of 5 years in Dholera.
