A library is a community of empowered learners, enthusiastic readers and engaged citizens. The Johnson County Public Library-Indiana is made up of four branches (Clark-Pleasant, Franklin, Trafalgar and White River) and the JCPL Services Center, which houses Administration, Human Resources, the Adult Learning Center, and the Marketing & Communications office.
