The Behavioral Institute for Children and Adolescents (BICA) seeks to promote the well-being of children and youth with emotional and behavioral challenges by working with families and professionals in the fields of juvenile justice, mental health and education. We impact children’s lives by empowering others with knowledge and skills. With an investment of $100, we can provide materials and training to implement a literacy intervention program for challenging, traumatized and at-risk youth.
