The original work of the company was a passionate focus on service quality and quality management systems for organizations across various sectors and disciplines. Since then, QSM Consulting has transitioned to providing board governance advisory services to directors serving on private company boards and those in the health care, arts and culture, professional services and media industries. The quality principles of Deming, Juran and Crosby remain core to the bedrock of our work today in board governance.
