Pesh Patel is the Founder and President of Knightsbridge Hospitality. Pesh is an industry veteran with over two decades of hospitality and real estate experience. His deep knowledge of the industry comes from having worked in hotels from a young age and as a hotel owner himself. Pesh was part of an ownership group that had multiple properties under brands from IHG, Best Western International, Choice Hotels, and Wyndham and continues to own and operate his own properties in Texas and Louisiana. In addition, he has developed a strong network among other hotel owners and investment companies in his work as an insurance consultant. He worked for five years with Unitrin Insurance Group and later as an independent consultant, handling over $350 million in insured assets. Pesh's extensive experience in hotels also encompasses those areas where a property sets itself apart. He is passionate about design and development, having worked as the designer on numerous hotel projects, including six in just the past 12 months. He is also well-versed in the area of marketing from his experience developing successful marketing programs for properties in both the Unites States and the United Kingdom.
