They can borrow any amount between £5,000 and £100,000, for a period of anywhere between 6 and 60 months. Loans under £50,000 can be unsecured or secured (Director's personal guarantee always required). Loans over £50,000 must be secured. Security may be given in the form of asset security or an all-asset debenture. We can accept loan applications from Sole Traders, Limited Companies and LLP's. We always require personal guarantees from the directors and / or shareholders of the company seeking the loan.
