Whole Self Leadership offers a range of coaching and facilitation services. I have worked with small charitable organisations as well as the boards of private companies. I take a systemic approach and WSL's USP is colour. With my former business partner I wrote about my work with colour and organisations in Colourful Boardrooms which was published in 2017. I love designing programmes and tailoring them to a client's needs. In addition I have a social enterprise arm that called Colourful Classrooms where the focus is on building emotional resilience in young people in schools. Recently we launched Colourful Parenting as a way to reach the whole family. Colour Rocks has been run in schools in Hertfordshire.
