Dustless Air Filter Company, a full-service supplier of air conditioning filters of all sizes, serves the state of Texas with locations in Houston and San Antonio. Everett Westbrook founded Dustless Air Filter Co. in 1941. During the 1950s, the company moved from Waco, Texas to its current location in Houston. Dustless operated under Mr. Westbrook’s leadership until the mid-1980s when he and Mr. O. I. Kiolbassa, another independent businessman, met and formed a friendship. In 1986, Mr. Kiolbassa purchased Dustless Air and Mr. Westbrook was off to explore the world. Mr. Kiolbassa’s reputation for having a “sharp pencil” and a “no-nonsense approach” to business served Dustless well. In the early 1990s, he opened a satellite office in San Antonio to serve central and south Texas. In 2000, control of Dustless passed to Mr. Kiolbassa’s son. Focused on growth, Dustless modernized it’s facilities and increased it’s sales and inventories. Today, Dustless Air Filter Company continues to grow and expand. Utilizing the solid foundation laid by Mr. Westbrook and capitalizing on the independent spirit solidified under Mr. Kiolbassa, Dustless is a force throughout Texas.
