For 30 years On Line Controls has been supplying tubing extrusion manufacturers with ultra low air pressure regulators and controllers. Manufacturing extruded tubing requires constant stable air pressure to maintain the ID of the final product. MicroAir regulators and controllers are now offered as low as 0-2” of water range. To keep up with medical advances which have led to many new tubing designs for extrusion manufacturers, including multilumen, bump and taper, OLC offers multi-channel units and instantaneous switching between two pressures. OLC acquired the motorized potentiometer line of high precision proportional controls for automating analog driven devices. Each model contains a slip clutch to protect the potentiometers end stops, prevents gear train breakage, and allows for manual adjustment when motor is off. Our motor pots combine pot, gear and motor in a small, efficient package.
