We buy office, retail and industrial properties, as well as land, and we have experience in planning policy representations, planning applications and appeals, development and active asset management. We will buy income producing and vacant properties, with a lot size ranging from £250,000 to £10m and we are able to consider larger lot sizes in certain instances. We are able to transact quickly without third party consents or board approvals.
