HoneyMoon Brewery has developed the first Kombucha Beer to be produced in the Southwest, not to mention the first to be developed with the assistance of a top-level U.S. research facility (Los Alamos National Laboratories). Our innovative alcoholic Kombucha caters to the palette of both craft beer drinkers as well as the health-conscious individuals living in New Mexico and the greater Southwest (and eventually the world!). HoneyMoon has created an extremely refreshing take on the complex and effervescent nature of Kombucha by bridging beer, and Kombucha, brewing techniques. The result is a sessionable gluten-free beverage that's tart, delicious and full of gut-loving probiotics, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals- all while still delivering a satisfying ABV (Alcohol By Volume) of 3.5%, similar to that of an average craft beer.
