Our goal is to provide quality housing at a good value. We have our maintenance staff that are available to service resident work orders in a timely manner. Many of our apartment communities have on-site managers to assist with resident needs. For our smaller apartment properties and homes without managers, our friendly office staff is available to assist you during normal business hours. We also offer our residents an after-hours, 24/7 line for maintenance emergencies. CMC Realty and Property Management was established in 2005 and is based in Long Beach, California. Although we do not have a walk-in office location, our staff is available by telephone during the hours shown below. Our mailing and drop-off address is conveniently located at the Shore Business Center in the heart of Belmont Shore.
