The Groupe EMI is an industrial subcontractor in the fields of stamping and surface treatment. The group has 350 employees, made a turnover of 45 M€ in 2015. Our main customers are worldwide leaders in the automotive industry. The Groupe EMI is operating in the following business areas : - accuracy cutting & stamping from metal foil, assembly units - progressive stamping tools - coating & painting - shot peening The company has several subsidiaries corresponding to our business areas : - Metaseval has 40 years of experience in stamping of metal parts. It has facilities in Semur en Vallon (France). Metaseval designs and manufactures its own tooling which are using the progressive technology. - TDM is focused on cutting and stamping since 2008. Its facilities are in Brasov (Romania). We are close to our customers in Romania and overall East Europe. - IVA was created in 1989, dedicated to the surface treatment with a specialization in cataphoresis, coating and common painting (liquid and powder). The plant is located in Vibraye (France). - EMGP was created in 2004, specialized in shot peening. The bombardment of component surface with small shots is removing dust and rust. The plant is located in Dollon (France).
