Originally founded in 1918 by tenant farmers of the local Wynnstay estate near Wrexham in Wales and constituted as a farmers' co-operative shortly afterwards, and is now a major supplier of products and services for UK farmers and is listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM. Wynnstay supplies a wide range of agricultural inputs to both livestock and arable farmers. It also provides grain marketing services and expert advice on animal nutrition and health, and crop production. Wynnstay supplies direct-to-farm through sales and specialist teams and through a network of over 50 agricultural depots.
