Strata Community Association (SCA) is the peak body for Industry Managers, Lot Owners, Tenants and Stakeholders living in or affected by Strata Title, Body Corporate, Community Title and Owners Corporations. As a Federated Model, VIC, NSW, WA and QLD have their own Councils with constitutions, and ACT, SA, NT, NZ, and TAS have Executive Chapter Committees under the national constitution.
