Best Foods began in 2002 with our CEO Radek, and his ambition to sell the Polish IQF onion into the UK Food industry. By the end of his first year of business, Radek had a team of five and was selling onions into several food manufacturers. Today we employ more than 60 people across 3 continents, with an innovation centre in the UK. We are the food supplier of choice to an impressive international customer base that includes major retailers, food manufacturers, and wholesalers as well as the food service sector. The entrepreneurial spirit Radek sparked remains a vital part of who we are as we continue to grow. Our R&D team (which includes a Michelin-starred chef) works closely with the procurement team at the heart of our business, ensuring that innovative product and technological development remains central to how we respond and deliver to a rapidly changing market.
