We are a newly incorporated blank check company incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization, or similar business combination with one or more businesses. We intend to focus on the broader next-generation transportation sector in the expansive European markets, but we may pursue an initial business combination target in any stage of its corporate evolution or in any industry, sector, or geographic location.
