Oasis Marine Power Ltd specialise in renewable energy for the marine environment. Our goal is to advance the use of green energy solutions, by harnessing innovation and solid marine engineering. The current focus is our pioneering development, The Oasis Power Buoy – an offshore charging station with electric power supply for connection to vessels. This is initially aimed at wind farm crew transfer vessels (CTVs) and will allow the latest generation of hybrid and all-electric vessels to moor and recharge their batteries from an energy source fed directly from the wind turbine whilst waiting infield. This greatly boosts the viability of such vessels and will contribute to major reductions in emissions from the current diesel-powered alternative, greatly reducing their carbon footprint and eliminating astronomical fuel costs. The Oasis Power Buoy is on track to be in the water for testing in Autumn 2021. We are a subsidiary of Jebb Smith Ltd – a design consultancy who specialise in marine engineering design. With decades of experience and a vision for a greener future, Oasis Marine Power Ltd was launched in 2021 to drive green marine energy solutions and the development of the Oasis Power Buoy.
