We're building a smart ring that can provide an extra layer of safety and sense of security. 1 in 3 women worldwide have experienced physical and/or sexual violence in their lifetime. The statistic is 1 in 5 in the US and these are of reported assaults only. Safety is also an ongoing concern for other groups including the LGBTQ community, racial and ethnic minorities. We are building a smart ring that can provide an extra layer of safety and sense of security. We have conducted over 200 interviews, and consulted with security and self-defense experts to design our solutions.
