Hannah Pocket Yoga

I teach yoga as I am passionate about the positive impact a regular practice can have on body and mind. Expect a different, intelligently designed, sequence in each class. Delivered with precise anatomical alignment cues, so you can develop a strong, safe, yoga practice. I believe yoga should be accessible for everyone, so my local Balham group classes have a friendly community feel and are open to all levels. Different options are given throughout each yoga class, to suit all levels of strength and flexibility. Private yoga classes are tailored to individual needs. I teach a playful form of Hatha Vinyasa Flow. This style merges two popular forms of modern yoga and doesn’t take itself too seriously! Hatha yoga, usually involves holding still poses for several breaths. An opportunity to refine alignment and check all your muscles are switched on, building strength and mobility. Vinyasa yoga, is more dynamic and focuses on moving the body in time with the breath. Build up a sweat, and loose yourself in the meditative flow as you move from one posture to the next. Due to lockdown all classes are currently livestreamed, with on-demand classes also available at hannahpocketyoga.com
