Grow Well Live Well is a team of Palmerston community members and local services working together to improve supports for our young people and their families. We are a collective impact initiative. Our team members come from different backgrounds to work together on a common agenda to empower and amplify the voices of Palmerston’s young people. We use data and evidence to work with the Palmerston community to identify and prioritise what is important to our young people and their families. This helps local services work better with each other and the community.
