On June the 1st 2022, Vallourec Bearing Tubes (now VALTI) left the Vallourec group and has been acquired by Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, a German industrial holding. This has been a major change in the VALTI organisation which is now operating independently with its own clients and working for its own sustainability. Today, Valti is the 2nd largest player in the European bearing tubes market with c. 25% market share. Mutares and VALTI are working on the strategic positioning of the company and making it a European reference in precision tubes. The company employs more than 200 people with our headquarters based in Burgundy, France.
