The purpose of ELLAS Animals INC is: to evaluate, house, care for, and/or train animals in preparation to serve as Service Animals, Emotional Support Animals, and Therapy Animals, to assist placement of such animals in permanent homes and development of functional skills of handlers and the relationship with their animal, and to educate the public on the use, training, and care of such animals. ELLAS Animals INC is designated as a public benefit corporation. ELLAS Animals INC is a nonprofit corporation and operates exclusively for educational, charitable, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (application filed - status pending).
