By this, we mean the ability to consume your corporate data and systems on ANY DEVICE, as long as it is SECURE, AVAILABLE (Business Continuity), and FULLY MANAGED. To that end, we have developed our services around the SaaS (Software as a Service) model and be true to its flexible operational and financial model. Our customers enjoy the flexibility to scale up (or down) their services and support on a month-to-month basis with zero penalties. We do not lock our customers into any lengthy contracts as we believe they will stay with us because they understand that we care about improving their business agility, performance, and security and not because of a lock-in document. We find this model a very fair and exciting new way to deliver Managed Services to a business that has between 10 and 100 users.
