Bengal KDC Housing Development Ltd was formed as an equity Joint Venture between Kaushalya Infrastructure and The West Bengal Houisng Board. The main objective of Bengal KDC is to execute housing projects and other allied construction and development works in the urban as well as rural areas of West Bengal. Bengal KDC has undertaken a mixed-use development project in Rajarhat near Kolkata International Airport wherein 133 acres of land is being acquired for development in phases. The project will have residential, commercial, educational, institutional, healthcare and commercial retail development with other amenities.
