To solve this problem Foundation Investment for Life (“IFL”) has developed a program together with local NGO Bethel Mission Organisation (“BMO”) to build 4 computer schools and provide around 2,500 high school students with the necessary skills in three years. Based on local benchmarks it is expected that after graduation the student’s monthly income will increase from around $150 to $450, which will result in a ROI of 1,000x over their entire working career. The program will also benefit children in three slums in Phnom Pehn outside the regular school system
