At Elicit we are developing a software to help Business Analyst, Product Manager, web designers and developers to solve the problem of collecting and managing requirements, feedback and requests on both existing and under development websites, web applications or progressive web app (PWA). We do so by allowing to submit, collect, display and manage the requirements directly in the web page, just next to the subject of the request. The PROBLEM we are trying to solve is the follow: collecting requirements, feedback and requests on both existing and under development websites, web applications or progressive web app (PWA), it's something that most of the time happen through offline tools (word documents, screenshots, e-mails…) and in an unstructured way. This inefficient approach leads often to misunderstanding or confusions and it forces to spend time on keeping requirement documents in sync and updated with the continuous changes and upgrade deployed on the actual html page. HOW DID WE SOLVE IT? Elicit start from a simple idea! Why don't capture, review and sign off a feedback, comment or requests directly into the page, just next to the item you want to change? No need to ask for steps to reproduce, take screenshots or update an offline documentation, just seeing where the feedback his, it tells you most of these information already!
