TEDA TPCO America is currently building a state-of-the-art seamless steel pipe manufacturing facility in the heart of the US energy market. Located on a 410 acre site east of Gregory, Texas, TEDA TPCO America is one of the largest single investment by a Chinese company in a US manufacturing facility. Utilizing Best Available Control Technology, TEDA TPCO America will rely on natural gas and electricity to maximize environmental protection. At full capacity, TEDA TPCO America will require 600 full time employees to reach maximum production of 500,000 metric tons of 4" - 10 3⁄4" seamless steel pipe annually. According to a preliminary study, the total economic impact of the TEDA TPCO America project will reach $2.7 billion dollars in the first decade.
