WeMatchPartners (WMP) serves startups & SMB clients, and delivers M&A services using an agile and lean organization. Each client will work closely with a dedicated team of 2: an entrepreneur and a corporate finance expert. This approach provides to WMP’s customers the relevant "savoir-faire" in order to execute M&A or fundraising projects and make them a success. WMP operations are located both in Paris and Amsterdam which enable cross-border synergies for its clients. The company is run by Guillaume Salomon and Etienne Rémond, Managing Partners, bringing 25 years of experience in corporate finance and entrepreneurship. They developped a wide range of perspectives working within different roles and able to think as an entrepreneur while providing a strong knowledge in corporate finance.
