Founded as a Textile Trading Company known as “Geeta Tex” in Surat, Gujarat in 1980, the group entered the real estate sector in the era of mid 90’s as “Ascon Group of Developers”. The group’s monumental projects such as Ascon City and Ascon Plaza saw its birth in the year 1995. Today it is a diversified business group dedicated to luxurious residences by developing high rise towers in the city of Surat under the brand “SURYA”. In 2012, the group introduced “Ascolite” – a new direction by the group to grow vertically into building material from construction.
