The coIN Loft is a coworking space located in downtown Wilmington. We are a growing community of start-up and seasoned entrepreneurs from various backgrounds, building our businesses together. More importantly, we’re building a stronger, more inclusive business community for Delaware small businesses. Our space is 2,200 sq-ft. We offer desk space on a month-to-month membership basis starting at $50 per month. We have a lot of cool amenities like free wifi, free coffee, a conference room and lounge with flat screen tv’s, and printers. However, our greatest amenity is people.
