The Space Skills Alliance is a think-tank, consultancy, and backbone organisation addressing the skills shortage in the space sector. We work to ensure that the growth of the UK space sector is not constrained by a lack of access to talent. We: - Collect and publish data and analysis on the state of the sector’s skills pipeline to identify issues in current approaches and policy, and inform decision making across the sector. - Promote and advise on best practice in recruitment, retention, and training, and provide a consultancy service to our members. - Bring together organisations and stakeholders from across the sector to network and learn from each other at events and through specialist working groups.
