Future Labs was co-founded by Adam Flanagan, Alexandre ‘Millinsky’ Daillance and Harry Beard with the aim of helping businesses better understand Generation Z and subsequently help organisations connect with the generation. Future Labs run a youth movement called ‘Prospect 100’. Prospect 100 is a series of 7 events that identifies the leading youth talents across Britain and Ireland for 7 different verticals: tech, design, music, engineering, entrepreneurship, visual communication, and activism. These events are all run in partnership with global brands, and are an opportunity to help not only recognise the leading youth talent but ensure they are able to take their passion to the next level.
