Members shared office and coworking space based in Sandyford, Newcastle upon Tyne. The Lamp house is situated in a Victorian building that has been beautifully decorated and retains some of its original features. There are seven executive suites available for shared serviced office space. We have 2 meeting rooms, Lumen and Sandyford, these can accommodate from 6-12 people plus our Davy Suite which is used as a quiet space. Our social spaces include the Welcome Lounge and Lancaster Bar, these are available for all members to use, you can meet and socialise with other members. Whether that be over a barista coffee, or a glass of your favourite tipple during an organised evening event. Invite your guests in for an informal meeting or even hold a business event after work. The Lamp House is more than an office space it’s a community where individuals can learn and thrive together.
